As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by providing high-quality assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication standards.

Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Language Requirements: Dutch (C1/C2) + English (B2)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Model: 100% Remote
• Start Date: June 2026
• Schedule:

  Monday to Friday — 07:30 to 17:00

  Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)

• Contract: Permanent/Long-term

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (B2)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal
