We are currently looking for German-speaking professionals with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset to join the Customer Service project in Lisbon.

📍 Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
📅 Start Date: 18 June 2026
🕒 Schedule: Rotational shifts | Monday to Sunday
⏰ Operating Hours: 07:00 – 23:00
🌐 Languages Required: German (C2/native) + English (B2)

💼 About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support users by handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced international environment, assisting customers through different types of support cases and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Main Responsibilities

✔ Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
✔ Provide support and guidance to platform users
✔ Resolve customer issues while maintaining quality standards
✔ Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary
✔ Adapt to changing priorities and high-volume periods
✔ Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Native/C2 German speaker
✅ Good command of English (B2 minimum)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
✅ Flexibility to work rotational schedules

💰 Salary & Benefits

💶 Base Salary: €1100 gross/month (14 payments)
🎯 Performance Bonus: €100 gross/month (11 payments)
