About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with meal card activation, account inquiries, balance checks, and transaction-related questions.
• Guide customers through product features and benefits while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native French proficiency (C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
